GYMNASTICS CLASSES

We believe in providing top-notch gymnastics classes for children of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to cater to all ages and levels. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their gymnastics skills and build their confidence. Whether your gymnast is beginner or advanced, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel.

GYMNASTICS CLASS

1 Hour class

Ages 6+ years

Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Classes are 1 hour long, once per week. Gymnasts can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS

45 Minute class

Ages 3-5 Years

Our Preschool Gymnastics class is designed to help young children build coordination, strength, balance, and confidence in a fun and nurturing environment. Through age-appropriate activities and imaginative play, students learn basic gymnastics skills while developing social skills, listening, and following directions. Perfect for energetic little ones ready to explore movement and have fun!

PARENT & TOT GYMNASTICS

45 Minute class

Ages 12 months - 3years

This fun and interactive class is designed for children ages 12 months to 3 years, accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Together, you'll explore basic gymnastics movements like rolling, jumping, balancing, and climbing in a safe, supportive environment. Through guided play and age-appropriate activities, your child will build coordination, motor skills, and confidence—all while bonding with you and making new friends!

TUMBLING

1 Hour class

Ages 6+ years

This high-energy class focuses on floor skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, and more. Perfect for beginners and those looking to improve technique, students will build strength, flexibility, and body control while progressing through tumbling fundamentals in a fun and supportive setting.

NINJA / WARRIOR

1 Hour class

Ages 5+ years

This action-packed class combines obstacle course training, agility drills, and strength-building exercises to challenge kids both mentally and physically. Inspired by Ninja Warrior-style movements, participants will run, jump, climb, and swing their way through exciting courses that build coordination, confidence, and endurance—all while having a blast!

ADVANCED GYMNASTICS

2 Hour class

Ages 6+ years

Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Classes are 2 hours long, once per week.  This class is invitation only, please call to schedule an evaluation.
